At the beginning of the year one of the officers (usually you) will need to attend both a RSO Registration Session and an Office Orientation meeting. Both of these meetings are MANDATORY if the club is going to continue and if it still wants its office space. After the RSO Registration Session you will be asked to fill out an online form. The person that attended the meeting is supposed to take care of this. They will give you the web address at the meeting. It should have all the previous information still in there. You will need the names UW Net IDs and Student ID numbers of 5 officers (including yourself if you are filling out the form) and you should keep an eye out for the sections where we retain the phone and email account.
