Let's say the club needs a computer:

UW doesn't 'donate' computers per-se. The best option would be for the club to register at the Surplus Store with a club member as theauthorized purchaser (I am unsure if this is the term UW usesspecifically but I think you get the idea).

Authorized purchasers affiliated with a non-profit are able to visitand purchase from the Surplus Store most business days, whereas it's
only open to the general public twice a month.

Then it's a matter of visiting the Surplus Store and picking up thecomputer.
