For Fall, Winter and Spring quarters you need to reserve rooms for the general meetings held every other Monday. It sometimes helps to reserve every Monday in case meetings need to be changed at some point during the quarter.

(During the summer these meetings are usually held on one of the keelboats down at the WAC because it is nice outside)

Email times@uw.edu with the dates and time of the meetings and the number of people you expect might come. Also let them know that you are with the RSO the Washington Yacht Club. They should email back with the buildings and room numbers, times and the number of people that will fit in the room.
