Once a year, usually in February or early March, we receive a renewal notice from the Corporations Division and the Secretary of Washington State. Do not panic. You have plenty of time to complete this.

Just follow the instructions on the back of the postcard (go to www.sos.wa.gov/corps then choose Nonprofit Renewal)

There is a $10 charge so be prepared to enter in some credit card information (don't worry, you will be reimbursed).

As with most things, if you get confused you can always email someone or search through the email history for more information.
