Firstly, don't forget to sign up! An email should be sent to the commodore and/or you.

It might be a good idea to bring a few registration forms so that people can sign up.

Have plenty of pamphlets to hand out and posters with the pull tab info. It might also be a good idea to bring the giant banner though it might be difficult to find somewhere to put it unless you get a table on the edge of the tent.

There is not a ton of space but it is nice to have at least one other person there with you, especially if you cannot stay the whole time.

Candy is always a plus as are buttons but they are definitely not necessary.
