A stack of these Handout should be given to the Ticket Office to distribute to all people who join the Yacht Club. I have been printing it on thick white paper at a Copy Center on the Ave -- take a look at their paper samples to find a good thickness so "feels" important for members. We don't want them just throwing it away! This was developed to replace the "Blue Book" we used to hand to members. The "Blue Book" is now online, and this handout is the URL to the new version.
